Summary of Meeting 27th January 2014

  1. Three new members attended the meeting
  2. Maria Curtis, a Macmillan Cancer UK Information Team Leader, gave us a talk on the information that her organisation could supply to those diagnosed, under treatment or post-treatment, including their presence in the atrium of Broomfield hospital and their links with Farley Hospice, and then answered questions from members.
  3. After the talk, “old”members welcomed the new members and broke up into small groups for informal discussion.
